Oktibbeha County Republican Party’s Oct. 8 Patriots Dinner to Feature Sen. Wicker

The Oktibbeha County Republican Party is pleased to announce that on Monday, October 8th, Senator Roger Wicker will deliver the keynote address for the Oktibbeha County Republican Party’s Patriots Dinner. The 2012 Patriots Dinner will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Starkville Sportsplex.

“The Oktibbeha County Republican Party is on the move” said Chairwoman Marnita Henderson. “Last November we elected five Republicans at the county level. We are excited to have U.S. Senator Roger Wicker to be the keynote speaker at our Patriots Dinner, as we prepare for one of the most important elections in U.S. history. The Oktibbeha County Republican Party calls on all conservative voters to work for the re-election of Congressman Harper, Nunnelee, and our Senator Roger Wicker. Electing Governor Mitt Romney as our next President is essential to preserving individual freedom, fiscal restraint, and the American free enterprise system.”

Senator Roger Wicker added, “America faces great challenges from a struggling economy to cutting the Federal debt, and maintaining a strong national defense. The bailouts, the President's trillion-dollar stimulus, and Obamacare have not been the answer. Conservative principles are needed to address these issues. Much work remains to be done to stop the growth of the federal government and put America on the right path.”

Tickets for the Patriots Dinner are $30.00 per individual or $50.00 per couple and are available to be purchased by clicking the PATRIOTS DINNER TAB or by emailing chairman@oktibbehagop.org.
